Return / Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Most item(s) may be returned for a refund within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The items must be returned in the original, unopened, unused package condition. Please note our Return Policy below for product specific guidelines and restrictions:
  • A 20% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed on all returned merchandise when opting for return to original payment. The restocking fee will be waived if return is due to Company error or product defect.
  • You will not be reimbursed for your original shipping and handling. If you received free shipping on your order, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the return. Appearus Products Corp. will not be responsible for customer returned items lost in transit, and we highly suggest returns be insured and tracked by a responsible carrier.
  • For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, personal care products, creams. Returns on washed linens, worn clothing, or used disposable garments will not be accepted. Special orders and custom made products are non-returnable.
  • Shipping & handling cannot be reimbursed.
  • Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange any unused and resalable merchandise in its original manufacturer packaging within 7 days of receipt.
  • Product Defect, Damaged, or Wrong Shipment: Eligible for full refund of the merchandise and S&H if confirmed damaged or wrong item shipped. Please note all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method.
  • Promotions/Gift with Purchase: If returning an item that qualified you for a promotional gift, please include the promotional gift with your return. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, your credit amount will be deducted for the gift value.
  • Refunds: Allow 7-10 working days for your refund to post to your account. Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement. We will issue a refund back to the same payment method used on the original order.
  • E-Gift Certificates: E-Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable once the order has been processed.
  • Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, if cancelled prior to shipping.
  • Redelivery Fee: If your order is returned to us for any reason (unclaimed when a package slip note is left, refused by the recipient, an incorrect address, etc), you will be responsible for S&H unless due to Company or Carrier error.
  • Incorrect Address Provided: If the address is incorrect, and you would like the package reshipped we will require the correct information be provided, along with a payment in the amount of reshipping costs. Otherwise your order will be canceled and you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY.
  • International Return to Sender: A 20% restocking fee and any additional S&H will be assessed accordingly.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Follow the instructions below:

  1. Email to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA). We will email you an RMA number for the return within 24-48 hours.
  2. Securely package the unused item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box/envelope.
  4. Mail the package back via ground shipping method with delivery confirmation to the address below. We highly recommend you insure your package.

Damaged or Missing Items
Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) should be submitted within 24-48 hours of merchandise receipt. Contact us via email or phone. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.
